Useful information about delivery and returns

You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our Glebe Farm boutique or we can send them directly to your doorstep. We deliver for free within a 5 mile radius of our shop. We will use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.

Meet the team: Angie is 47 and is a mum of 2 very different girls, she has spent the last 20 years building her career in Adult Education. For D2MD Angie does a lot of the sourcing of dresses, business function and networking/event planning. Sophie is 19 years old and has just started a career in HR. Sophie is very creative and intuitive and for D2MD she is responsible for the branding and marketing as well as event planning.

At Dress2mydoor, we believe that sustainable fashion should be accessible to everyone. That's why we offer pre-loved occasion wear for hire in Cheshire. In sizes equivalent to 4-28, we are passionate about supporting the cost of living and mindful consumption and work hard to make sure that our collections are in good condition. Delivery & Courier Arrangements

Free Delivery to your door within 5 miles of D2MD boutique.

If you live within 5 miles of D2MD headquarters then we will gladly deliver your item to your door, beautifully packaged and ready for you to wear. When your hire period is over simply package and return the item in good condition (or arrange for us to collect) and we will take care of all cleaning. If the item is returned damaged or cannot be cleaned back to its original state we reserve the right to charge you up to 50% of the garment value in order to replace it with another. If your item has been couriered to you then you are resposible for arranging the return. If you live more than 5 miles from us - we will send your item by courier.
